Hello Education is recruiting caring and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistants to work in specialist schools supporting children and young people aged 2–19. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference while working as part of a supportive school team.

What you'll be doing

✔ Supporting pupils with Autism, SEMH and additional learning needs

✔ Providing 1:1 and small group support

✔ Encouraging independence and confidence

✔ Promoting positive behaviour and engagement

✔ Working closely with teachers and other professionals

What we're looking for

✔ Experience supporting children with SEND in a school or care setting

✔ Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (preferred)

✔ A positive, patient and caring approach

✔ Strong communication and behaviour management skills

✔ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
