Your role

As a Nursery Assistant, you’ll support qualified Nursery Practitioners in creating a safe, caring, and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop, and thrive.

You’ll help with daily routines, prepare engaging activities, support children’s learning through play, and assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming nursery environment. Working alongside experienced Early Years teams, you’ll help provide high-quality childcare while encouraging children’s wellbeing, confidence, and development.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Nursery Assistants seeking flexible childcare jobs in Woking, nursery assistant roles, early years jobs, or agency nursery work, with the freedom to choose when and where you work.

Requirements

Previous experience working in a nursery, preschool, early years setting, or childcare environment

A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development

A caring, reliable, and enthusiastic approach

Good understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and children’s welfare

Experience supporting the EYFS framework is desirable

An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one

Right to work in the UK
