Summary

We are looking for a motivated clinician who is passionate about neonatal care and developmental practice. Essential Requirements Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy. HCPC registration. Membership of an appropriate professional body. Relevant postgraduate education or training. Experience working as a paediatric or neonatal therapist. Specialist neonatal clinical knowledge and skills. Knowledge of developmental care approaches, including Family Integrated Care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience of audit and service improvement activities. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Desirable Requirements Master's level study. Specialist neonatal training such as Brazelton, Bayley Scales or Prechtl qualifications. Membership of a relevant special interest group. Experience leading change or service developments. Research involvement and presentation experience.
