Summary

Care Assistant (Nights) – Coton House

At Coton House, we’re looking for a caring, compassionate individual to join our supportive team as a Care Assistant.

Based in Wolverhampton (WV4), Coton House is a welcoming 24-bed residential care home, providing care and support for older adults, including those living with dementia. What you’ll be doing

As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in our residents’ daily lives by:

• Providing person-centred care tailored to each individual's needs and preferences

• Supporting residents with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, and mobility

• Providing support during mealtimes

• Observing and reporting any changes in residents' health, wellbeing, or behaviour

• Promoting independence, dignity, choice, and overall wellbeing

• Working collaboratively as part of a caring, supportive, and dedicated team

Position Details

• Full time opportunity, Night shifts - 3 or 4 shifts per week

• Shift times: 20:00-08:00

• Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

• Working pattern: rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays

• Location: Wolverhampton (WV4) (Please consider your travel arrangements, including weekends, before applying.)
