We currently have vacancies in our adult homes supporting our amazing individuals alongside an established team. With ongoing training and opportunities for career progression, you’ll be empowered to build a rewarding career while helping others achieve their aspirations. - Provide day-to-day support to adults with autism, assisting with personal care, social activities, and skill development to promote independence. Implement individualised support plans, monitor progress, and report any changes in behaviour or needs. Work collaboratively with colleagues and families to create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment. Attend training sessions to enhance skills and maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices. - Experience in social care or working with individuals with autism is desirable but not essential. A caring, patient, and reliable attitude is required, along with good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team, adhering to our values of Understand, Empower, and Aspire. Basic literacy and numeracy skills are necessary, and a willingness to learn and develop professionally is essential.
