Integra Education is expanding its team and is looking for enthusiastic
Maths, English and Science Tutors to deliver
face-to-face, one-to-one tuition across
Dudley and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers, experienced tutors or education professionals who are passionate about helping pupils overcome barriers to learning. Our learners come from a range of educational backgrounds, including those with
SEND, SEMH, EHCPs, low school attendance and pupils accessing alternative provision.
Every tuition programme is tailored to the individual, giving you the opportunity to adapt your teaching and help each learner build confidence, develop their skills and achieve positive outcomes.
About the Role
As a one-to-one tutor, you'll have the time to focus on each pupil's individual needs without the distractions of a traditional classroom. You'll create engaging, personalised sessions that inspire confidence, improve attainment and encourage a positive attitude towards learning.
With flexible hours available, this role is ideal whether you're looking to supplement your income or step away from the demands of full-time classroom teaching.
Your Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging
1:1 tuition in
Maths, English and/or Science.
• Plan lessons that are tailored to each pupil's learning style and academic ability.
• Encourage engagement through supportive, positive relationships.
• Track progress and adapt sessions to meet individual learning goals.
• Complete session feedback and maintain accurate records where required.
We're Looking For People Who
• Have experience teaching, tutoring or working within an educational setting.
• Possess strong knowledge of
Maths, English and/or Science.
• Have a good understanding of the
UK National Curriculum.
• Have experience supporting pupils with
SEND, SEMH or additional needs (desirable).
• Are patient, adaptable and committed to helping young people succeed.
• Are aged 18 or over and available during term time from
September.
• Hold a degree qualification or equivalent.
