Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION
To manage the operational activities within the service in accordance with legislative and policy requirements and to fulfil all the duties and responsibilities of a registered manager as required by the Care Inspectorate. To ensure high quality care is provided for all young people and that the House is a safe base. To provide clear support, supervision and direction to a team of residential staff helping them to deliver positive outcomes and to enable each young person to achieve their full potential.
