We are currently recruiting for a General Sales Manager position at a well-established dealership in Blackpool. Duties of a General Sales Manager:

- Manage, lead, and develop the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise vehicle sales and dealership profitability

- Lead by example to motivate staff and promote excellent customer service standards

- Oversee both new and used vehicle sales processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance

- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management as a General Sales Manager

- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

- Ensure adherence to manufacturer standards and dealership policies

- Foster a positive team environment through training and coaching

Requirements of a General Sales Manager:

- Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or Sales Manager within the motor trade

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Knowledge of automotive retail operations and manufacturer systems

- Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team

- Full UK driving licence
