Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

• Assist with the setting up and maintaining systems and processes to enable the smooth running of the academy committees, including invites, agendas and template minutes;

• Supporting, developing and maintaining effective communication channels between Chair of Governors, governors, Executive Head Teacher, Head teacher and other members of staff;

• Assist in ensuring that governors have access to relevant materials;

• Using ICT hardware and software and contributing to the coordination and production of management information;

• Ensuring urgent work is completed within the given timeframe.

• Admin duties i.e. Managing central inboxes, answering the phone, photocopying, scanning, printing.

• Adhere to the organisation's financial policies and procedures.

• Maintaining electronic records, ensuring data protection requirements are adhered to, in a managed learning environment or equivalent e.g Governor Hub;

• Recording accurate governor attendance of all Academy Committee Meetings;

• Attend and participate in relevant meetings as required.

• Participate in training and other learning activities and performance development as required.
