Taylor Blackwood Associates are currently recruiting for Class 2 Drivers / Loaders on behalf of a well-established organisation in Burntwood.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy Recycling & Waste Management operation, offering excellent rates of pay, a 4-day working week, and long-term opportunities.

What’s On Offer
£16.62 – £33.24 per hour (Overtime Rate)
Guaranteed 37 hours per week
4-day working pattern between Monday and Friday
Early starts (typically between 5:00am – 6:00am) with earlier finishes
Optional additional shifts available
Overtime opportunities during peak periods

The Role
As a Class 2 Driver / Loader, you will be responsible for supporting daily waste and recycling collections across local areas.
Duties include:
Driving a rear-steer Class 2 (Category C) vehicle
Carrying out waste and recycling collections across Lichfield and Tamworth
Assisting with loading duties where required
Completing routes safely and efficiently
Manual handling and working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Working closely with team members to deliver a reliable service
