Summary

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines to bend and shape sheet metal components with precision and efficiency. Duties

Set up and operate press brake machinery according to specifications and production schedules

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine bending angles and dimensions

Adjust machine settings to achieve desired bends, ensuring accuracy and consistency

Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting on press brake equipment

Use hand tools, tooling, and measuring devices such as calipers and protractors to verify work quality

Assist with fabrication tasks including grinding, welding, and assembly as required

Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times

Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality
