Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Up to £31,200 per annum | Full-Time, 40 hours per week | Ofsted Good Rated

They are now looking for a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join their team and share in that commitment to exceptional early years practice.

 

What Our Client Is Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification - essential
  • Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
  • A genuine passion for child development and delivering high-quality early years education
  • Someone who embraces outdoor learning and understands the value of nature-rich environments
  • Warm, enthusiastic, and reliable with strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering warm, high-quality care and early years education within your designated room
  • Making the most of the nursery's exceptional outdoor space to enrich children's learning experiences
  • Planning and implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate activities in line with EYFS
  • Observing and documenting children's progress, sharing updates meaningfully with families
  • Building secure, nurturing relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contributing positively to the team and upholding the nursery's high standards of practice
