Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

What We're Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A nurturing and child-centred approach to childcare

- Support children's learning through play, exploration, and discovery
- Plan and implement engaging activities based on children's interests
- Observe, assess, and monitor children's development and progress
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
- Make full use of the outdoor learning environment to support development
- Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
