Summary

Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

£28,900 per annum | Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week

We're looking for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a supportive and experienced team that is committed to delivering exceptional childcare and education. The nursery's modern environment, combined with a child-centred approach, ensures children are encouraged to build confidence, develop key skills, and foster a lifelong love of learning.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an early years professional who enjoys creating meaningful learning experiences and making a genuine difference in children's lives every day.

 

What We're Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A nurturing and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
  • Plan and support engaging learning experiences that meet children's individual needs
  • Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing
  • Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
  • Encourage children's confidence, independence, and curiosity
  • Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
