Summary

Are you creative, confident on social media and passionate about creating engaging content?

SWRAC is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant (part-time, to work 15 hours per week Mon-Fri) to support our Marketing Lead in promoting the fantastic work taking place across our Merseyside centres. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys creating digital content, capturing photos and videos, and bringing stories to life through social media.

Working across our Bootle, Southport and Widnes centres, you'll help showcase learner achievements, centre activities, events and success stories through engaging content that reflects SWRAC's values and mission.

What You'll Be Doing

-Creating engaging social media content including posts, stories, captions, images and short-form videos.

-Capturing photo and video content at our Merseyside centres and events.

-Planning, scheduling and publishing content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.

-Managing content calendars and ensuring regular, balanced coverage across all centres.

-Monitoring social media activity and engaging with our online community.

-Tracking performance metrics and contributing ideas to improve engagement and reach.

-Working closely with centre teams to gather content and promote positive learner outcomes.
