Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a psychotherapist with a passion for Mentalization Based Treatment (MBT) and demonstrable experience in delivery to join the Personality Disorder and Complex Trauma (PACT) Specialist Psychotherapies Service.
The role will involve working towards leadership of the MBT programme including supervision. This requires accreditation as an Anna Freud Centre Supervisor or eligibility to enter the supervisor pathway and a commitment to achieve supervisor status within 12 months of commencing the programme.
The post also includes opportunities to become involved in projects with our forensic community service and with our Dissociative Disorders service.
The base for this post is Warwick with an expectation that the appointee would also develop our presence in North Warwickshire. The post may be suitable for hybrid working between home and base(s).
Personality Disorder and Complex Trauma (PACT) Specialist Psychotherapies Service delivers MBT, DBT and psychotherapy to service users presenting with complex trauma and who may meet the criteria for personality disorders.
