Must-have requirements for Production Operative:
* You must provide a full 5-year work, education, and address history with no gaps.
* If you lived outside the UK for over 6 months, an overseas criminal record check is required.
* A Basic DBS check is mandatory for airside clearance, and you must have no unspent convictions.
* You must hold long-term UK work rights (British passport, ILR, or Settled Status).
* An HMRC employment letter is required.
* You must live within 40 minutes of the site and be flexible with shifts and days.
Desirable requirements for Production Operative:
* Previous experience in a fast-moving, trolley-based, or temperature-controlled environment.
