Summary

We are currently recruiting a Multi-Skilled General Operative to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing business in Gloucestershire. - Location: Gloucestershire

- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

- Salary: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)

- Overtime: Paid at x1.5 with approximately 10 hours available per week

- Role Type: Permanent - Right to Work in the UK required

About the Role:

As a Multi-Skilled General Operative, you will support various manufacturing processes, working with engineering equipment and machinery to produce high-quality products. This is a hands-on role within a busy production environment where quality, teamwork and safety are key.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

- Support metal fabrication and manufacturing processes

- Read and work from engineering drawings and production instructions

- Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet specifications

- Work towards daily and weekly production targets

- Handle materials safely and follow site procedures

- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and health & safety

- Support different departments as required

Desirable:

- Experience with fabrication, machine operation or sheet metal processes

- Experience using workshop equipment and tools
