Multi Trade Operative needed in Enfield

This is a temporary role and the rate is £20.00ph PAYE

The reference number is: RQ1755781

The successful candidate will be an experienced multi‑trade operative with over five years’ proven background in social housing, confidently delivering high‑quality repairs and maintenance across a range of trades.

They will demonstrate strong working knowledge of SOR codes, be fully competent in the use of PDAs, and consistently follow job specifications with accuracy. A clean driving licence is essential, as the role involves travel between properties. This is a temp‑to‑perm opportunity for someone reliable, professional, and able to work independently while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
