We are looking for an experienced Multi-skilled Engineer - Plumbing Bias to work with a range of clients undertaking inspection and repairs across a variety of commercial plumbing, heating, and drainage installations, including installation, modification, fault finding, and repairs.Role Responsibilities:

-You will carry out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across plumbing and water installations, ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard.

-Include maintaining and repairing hot and cold-water systems, pipework, TMVs, calorifiers, pumps, sanitary ware and drainage, and small installation works

-Perform fabric tasks such as door repairs, ceiling tile replacements, tiling, and gutter clearance.

-Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and maintain equipment condition

Required Qualifications:

-NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing, or an equivalent recognised qualification

-Experience working in facilities management, commercial or building services environments

-Strong plumbing fault‑finding and repair skills

-Ability to work independently and as part of a multi‑skilled team

-SC clearance is a requirement for this role.

-Planned and Reactive maintenance activities under your control are completed within contract timescales.

-All H&S requirements are undertaken.

-Reports completed and handheld device updates are to a high standard and contain all required information.
