Summary

Are you a motivated and enthusiastic registered nursing associate looking for your next challenge?

This is an incredibly exciting time in UHD with expansion of services across our sites now underway, including the opening of a new Enhanced Peri-Operative Care unit (EPOC) which will provide enhanced post operative care on the Poole Hospital site. You will provide high quality enhanced peri operative  care for patients on a shift by shift basis.

We are seeking RNAs with a passion for providing excellent patient care with a particular interest in enhanced care to join our new team.

You will be invited to work with the integrated multidisciplinary team and in return we offer a commitment to your professional development through a training programme. 

Evidenceof managing acutely ill/ complexpatients in an acute settingincluding management of the postoperative patientis essential.  We will be working 12 hour shifts, day and night, 365 days of the year and an ability to work this shift pattern is essential.

Please note: The opening of EPOC is currently anticipated to be in  April 2027 . In preparation for this, the start date for this role is anticipated to be February 2027. 

This role requires an active UK NMC Registration

Base Location: UHD - Poole Hospital
