Job description
To work across the council's supported hostel accommodation sites maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents, staff and visitors.
To maintain a safe and clean internal and external environment as directed by the Hostels Supported Pathways Manager and Supported Pathway Team leader.
Undertaking a programme of premises related tasks including general cleaning, deep cleaning, waste management, repairs, maintenance and fault reporting. Where necessary, assist the fast turnover of voids by clearing, cleaning and preparing void units for re-letting, including the preparation of beds and furniture, assist the Supported Pathways Officers to take an inventory, bag up belongings and move for storage in line with Southwark's procedures.
