About the Role

We are seeking reliable, hard-working, and motivated Self-Employed Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers to join our growing logistics network in the Smethwick area. This is a consistent, full-time opportunity on a self-employed contract basis.

You will be delivering parcels safely and efficiently to residential and commercial addresses within a designated local route. No courier experience? No problem. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds. As long as you have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a clean driving record, we will provide you with everything you need to succeed.

What We Provide (No Startup Costs)

Unlike many self-employed courier opportunities, we take away the usual startup costs. We provide:

Competitive Daily Rate: £110 per day.

Vehicle Provided: Full use of a modern, well-maintained delivery van (no rental fees).

Fuel Covered: All business fuel is paid for by the company.

Uniform Provided: Comfortable, high-visibility branded uniform.

Full Training: Comprehensive, fully paid induction and on-the-road training program.

Key Responsibilities

Load parcels into your delivery vehicle systematically according to your daily route.

Safely navigate your assigned route using a company-provided GPS/delivery app.

Deliver parcels to customers in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.

Obtain proof of delivery (signatures or photos) using a handheld scanning device.

Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety checks.

What We Are Looking For

Right to Work: Must hold a valid, unrestricted right to work full-time in the UK as a self-employed contractor (share codes or physical documents will be verified). Please note: We cannot provide visa sponsorship.

Availability: Seeking candidates looking for consistent, full-time commitment.

A valid UK or EU Driving Licence (held for a minimum of 1–2 years for insurance purposes).

No more than 6 penalty points (strictly no active DR, DD, or IN convictions).

The physical capability to handle packages of varying weights (up to 20kg–25kg).

A reliable, punctual, and self-motivated approach to managing your own day on the road.

Must be able to pass a standard drug/alcohol screening and a basic criminal background check (DBS).
