What You’ll Be Doing
As a Store Supervisor, you'll help lead the store alongside management, ensuring smooth operations each shift. You’ll be
responsible for:
* Guiding and supporting your team to meet store goals and deliver great service
* Resolving customer queries with a friendly, solution-focused approach
* Ensuring shelves are well-stocked, clean, and organised
* Assisting with stock deliveries and back-of-house organisation
* Taking on keyholder duties, including opening and closing the store as needed

What We're Looking For
We’re after someone who brings:
* Experience in a retail leadership role such as Supervisor, Shift Leader, or Team Leader
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A hands-on, team-first attitude with great customer focus
* The confidence to lead and the energy to make things happen
