As a Senior Care Support Worker, you’ll play a central role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with visual impairments, complex needs, and additional disabilities. You will support people to achieve greater independence, enhance their wellbeing, and participate fully in meaningful daily activities while ensuring their safety, dignity, and individual choices remain at the heart of everything you do.

Working closely with Hub Leaders, colleagues, families, carers, and external professionals, you will help maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment that reflects Focus Birmingham's values and commitment to excellence.
