Summary

Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)

Full Time | 40 Hours Per Week | £13.50 Per Hour

 

This nursery provides a spacious, bright, and homely environment where children feel safe, happy, and inspired to learn. The setting has been thoughtfully designed to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with a large outdoor garden accessible from many of the rooms, giving children plenty of opportunities to explore, play, and enjoy fresh air throughout the day.

 

The nursery is proud to hold an Outstanding Ofsted rating, reflecting its commitment to delivering exceptional childcare and early years education.

 

What Our Client Is Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years Qualification
  • Previous nursery or childcare experience
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • Passion for early years education and child development
  • Caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
  • Plan and support engaging activities that encourage learning through play
  • Observe, monitor, and record children’s development and progress
  • Create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment for all children
  • Support children’s emotional wellbeing and individual learning needs
  • Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
  • Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed at all times
  • Encourage children’s independence, creativity, and confidence
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain outstanding standards across the nursery
