Summary
Please see the Job Description and Person Spec attached for detailed information. To provide a Specialist Occupational Therapy (OT) assessment and treatment service to clients under the care of Older Persons CMHT & Memory Assessment Service, as well as support other Older Persons OT teams when the need arises. To co-ordinate with other members of the multi-disciplinary and OT team and provide clinical supervision as required.
