Summary

Pinnacle Group are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities. You will be joining our Cleaning Team who are based at a large housing site in Canning Town

Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care..

Your role will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all residents.

The hours are 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.

This will be a temporary assignment starting on Tuesday 21st July until Tuesday 11th August.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning of communal internal and external areas such as lifts, stairs, courtyards, paths, grass etc. as per required contract specification.
  • Removing any dumped refuse bags and household items to refuse chambers or other refuse areas.
  • Checking communal lighting and replacing blown bulbs.
  • Sweeping of hard surfaces and litter picking of soft surfaces.
  • Cleaning windows within easy reach.

Key requirements

  • Cleaning experience in a professional setting.
  • Experience using cleaning machinery.
  • Strong communication skills in order to speak with the residents.
