Your new role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, working closely with class teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences and provide additional support where required.Opportunities include:

General classroom Teaching Assistant roles

1:1 support positions

SEN Teaching Assistant roles

Long-term and day-to-day supply work

Full-time and part-time opportunities

You will play a key role in helping pupils achieve their potential while supporting their social, emotional and academic development.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or within a school setting

A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, CACHE, NVQ or equivalent is desirable

Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) would be advantageous

A genuine passion for helping children learn and succeed

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A flexible, positive and proactive approach
