Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Brand New Nursery Setting!
£28,000 – £31,000 per annum
40 hours per week, All Year Round

Our client is looking for a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their growing team and help create a warm, engaging, and high-quality early years experience for every child.
What Our Client Is Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification – essential
- Experience working in an early years setting – essential
- Experience working with children across the full age range from babies to pre-school
- A caring, nurturing approach with a genuine passion for early years education
- Enthusiasm for outdoor learning and supporting children’s independence
- A positive, reliable team player with a proactive attitude
- Good communication skills when working with families and colleagues

Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality care and education for children within your room
- Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging, play-based activities in line with EYFS
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
- Encouraging outdoor play and helping children explore and learn through nature
- Building strong relationships with children, families, and team members
- Observing, assessing, and recording children’s development
- Ensuring safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed at all times
