The restaurant is seeking an enthusiastic and talented Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team for the summer season.
The role includes:
• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes using fresh, local ingredients
• Supporting the senior kitchen team during daily service
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards
• Working as part of a passionate and professional team within a busy 2 AA Rosette restaurant
