Summary

We have exciting opportunities for Senior Healthcare Assistants to join our friendly, supportive team at our Fordingbridge care home.

OakRay Care is a family run business on the Isle of Wight and the New Forest, specialising in the provision of residential care for the elderly. We run high-quality care homes and are committed to making a positive difference to our residents, in every way. We currently operate four care homes; three on the Isle of Wight and one in Fordingbridge, New Forest.

Glynn Court Care Home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 31 people over the age of 65, some of whom are living with dementia or physical health needs.

Skills and abilities required:

• you must have a minimum NVQ2 in Health & Social Care

• be able to administer and record medication

• you should have the ability to be able to lead a team, and have good

communication skills

You need to be flexible in your working hours to fit in with the shift pattern.
