Highways & Planning Lawyer needed in Reigate Paying £55 per hr ref 134804

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert legal advice on planning, highways, and related local government matters.
Draft, negotiate, and complete a range of legal agreements, including:
- Section 106 Agreements
- Section 38 and Section 278 Agreements
- Highway dedication and stopping-up orders
- Infrastructure and development agreements
Advise on planning applications, appeals, enforcement actions, and judicial review matters.
Represent the organisation in negotiations, meetings, tribunals, and court proceedings where required.
Support regeneration, housing, and infrastructure projects from inception through to completion.
Manage a varied caseload independently while delivering excellent client service.
Assist in developing legal policies, procedures, and best practice guidance.
