MacPhee & Partners is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Estate Agency Assistant to join our friendly team in our Fort William office.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Previous estate agency and/or property experience is welcomed but not essential, as full training will be provided.

The Role

As an Estate Agency Assistant, you'll provide administrative support to our busy Estate Agency Department while delivering a high standard of service to clients. Your duties will include:

  • Assisting with the day-to-day administration of property sales.
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors and prospective purchasers by telephone, email and in person.
  • Arranging property viewings and valuations.
  • Preparing property details and ensuring online listings are accurate and up to date.
  • Managing enquiries and maintaining our case management system.
  • Providing general office and administrative support as required.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A professional, friendly and confident manner.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a busy office.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • A willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
  • A full UK driving licence would be advantageous.
