We’re looking for a reliable, proactive Blend Shed Operative to join our busy animal feed manufacturing team. This is a hands-on
production role at the heart of our operation, ensuring high-quality feed is blended, processed, and prepared safely and
efficiently.

Day to Day
* Operate blending equipment to produce feed mixes according to production schedules
* Weigh, measure, and load raw materials with accuracy and attention to detail
* Monitor machinery performance and report any issues promptly
* Carry out routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment and work areas
* Follow strict quality, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times
* Complete production records and documentation
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across production, quality, and logistics
What will you bring?
* Previous experience within a production environment working with raw materials would be advantageous but not essential
* Comfortable working with machinery and manual handling
* Good communication skills are essential to be successful within the team environment
* Computer literate withthe accuracy to ensure sampling data is recorded correctly
