Are you an experienced Category B Van Driver looking for ongoing work with a leading automotive glass specialist in the Romford area?
The Best Connection are currently recruiting Van Drivers/Warehouse Operative in Romford.
The Role:
- Delivering automotive glass products to garages, service centres and outposts within a 50-mile radius of the Romford depot.
- Driving a company van to complete safe and timely deliveries for the automotive trade.
- Loading and unloading glass products while ensuring they are handled with care.
- Working within the warehouse, moving inventory, picking orders and loading vans for daily deliveries.
- Completing vehicle checks and ensuring all deliveries are made safely and efficiently.
- Working as part of a busy warehouse and logistics team.
- Ongoing work with the opportunity of a permanent position for the right candidate.
Requirements:
- Full UK Category B Driving Licence.
- Minimum 1 year's commercial van driving experience.
- Previous warehouse experience, or happy to work in a warehouse environment.
- Comfortable with warehouse duties and is physically fit.
- Good geographical knowledge and confident planning local delivery routes.
- A professional, reliable attitude with a strong focus on safety and customer service.
