Summary

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our close knit, supportive team within the Mental Wellness Team, part of the Vulnerable People’s Service, as a full-time Section Manager - Mental Wellness.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a social care mental health setting, supporting individuals with severe and enduring mental health conditions that impact their daily functioning and quality of life. You will work in partnership with health colleagues in Community Mental Health Teams, using a collaborative and person-centred approach with a strong focus on recovery, reablement and outcome-based planning. There is much scope to develop these working relationships and improve joint working.
