Summary

Personal Assistant to support an 81-year-old lady living in the Barry area with a diagnosis that causes delusions and some memory loss. The purpose of the job is to support the service user to access the community safely and enable her to go shopping with some company. 6 hours per week split over 2 days. £15.20 per hour.
