Summary

We are currently recruiting for a Panel Beater in the Swindon area.

Our client, an independent used van/commercial vehicle retailer, is seeking a skilled Panel Beater/Panel Technician to complement their existing team.

Benefits:

- Starting salary between £40-50,000 per annum pending experience.

- Any overtime (including Saturdays) paid at the standard rate.

- 8:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 8:00am-1:30pm on a rota and paid as overtime.

Requirements:

- A previous working experience within the role.

- ATA would be advantageous to your application

- Full qualifications to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent

- An efficient and hard-working Panel Beater with good attention to detail

- A good communicator

Duties:

- Undertake replacement and repair of damaged or compromised automotive bodywork panels.

- Complete chassis and framework repairs.

- Stripping and rebuilding accident-damaged vehicles.

- Accurately assess vehicle damage and apply appropriate methods to produce a high-quality repair.

- Conduct bumper and door repair work as required.

- Masking and preparing vehicles for paintwork.

- Ensure all panel beating/repair work meets relevant quality standards.

- Work as part of a team to ensure the Bodyshop runs efficiently and safely.

The salary of this Panel Beater role is up to £50,000.
