Duties of a Paint Sprayer:

- Preparing vehicles and performing high-quality paint spraying work

- Colour matching and blending to manufacturer standards

- Ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality standards

- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

- Collaborating effectively within a busy team to meet customer deadlines

- Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements of a Paint Sprayer:

- Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer is essential

- Relevant qualifications such as ATA, NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent are highly advantageous

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing outstanding finishes

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills
