About the Role / Job Summary:

Morgan Hunt has partnered with a leading welfare-to-work provider who is seeking an SEN Tutor/Job Coach to guide and mentor learners in Leeds, helping them develop the skills necessary for successful employment. This is a permanent role that emphasizes collaboration with employers and educational institutions to create supportive internship opportunities for participants.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Employability Skills to learners with special needs.

Support individuals in securing and maintaining work placements.

Conduct assessments and provide feedback on participant progress.

Facilitate workshops to develop essential workplace skills.

Experience Requirements:

Experience of teaching employability or functional skills to learners with special needs.

Demonstrated experience in supporting individuals with barriers to employment.

Experience in developing training programs or workshops is advantageous.

Will need to hold a Level 3 teaching qualification.
