Your new role

We are looking for a Billable Works Supervisor to join our expanding team, managing the commercial and operational delivery of chargeable works across multiple disciplines. This plays a key part in supporting maintenance operations by taking identified works and converting them into accurate, well-managed and compliant billable projects from quotation through to completion.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience in a facilities management, maintenance or project coordination environment.

Strong commercial awareness with experience preparing quotations, costings or estimates.

Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CAFM systems.

Ability to review and understand RAMS and health & safety procedures.
