Production Operative

Bingley | £14.00 per hour + Overtime | Permanent | 3 Rotating Shifts | Monday - Friday

AQUMEN Recruitment is recruiting for a Production Operative to join a successful manufacturing business in Bingley.

This Production Operative role offers full training, overtime and genuine career progression within a busy production environment.

This role may also suit: Manufacturing Operative, Machine Operative, Factory Operative, Production Assistant, Assembly Operative, Process Operative or Warehouse Operative.

Shift Pattern

• 06:00-14:30

• 14:00-22:30

• 22:00-06:30

Production Operative Duties

• Operate production machinery

• Load raw materials

• Pack finished products

• Carry out quality checks

• Complete production records

• Maintain housekeeping standards

• Follow Health & Safety procedures

This is a hands-on role involving regular manual handling and heavy lifting.

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing or production experience

• Machine operating experience preferred

• Good attention to detail

• Reliable and motivated

• Happy working rotating shifts
