Summary
ROLE: Supply Chain AdministratorHOURS: 40 hours per weekLOCATION: Wythenshawe, Manchester

We're looking for a Supply Chain Governance & Commercial Analyst to provide governance, commercial rigour and supplier performance oversight across key areas of spend, ensuring strong control, accurate payment processes and effective supplier management.
Role Responsibilities:
-Provide governance and commercial oversight across supplier spend, ensuring delivery is managed in line with agreed KPIs and performance expectations.
-Review supplier applications for payment, applying a commercial lens to approvals and ensuring costs are controlled effectively.
-Identify and resolve issues relating to job costs, invoice approvals and supplier queries, ensuring work is not completed at a loss or above approved values.
-Work closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders and the wider Supply Chain team to strengthen process adherence, resolve disputes and manage escalations.
-Support continuous improvement across provider payment processes, reporting, governance controls and day-to-day contractor KPI performance.
Required Qualifications:Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
-Strong Excel capability and confident systems knowledge, including Maximo, Oracle and Microsoft Office.
-Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritise changing workloads and use initiative.
-Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, understand complex issues and support effective problem solving.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence leading challenging conversations with suppliers and internal teams.
-High level of integrity, strong attention to detail and a commitment to embedding a robust governance culture.
