Transport Admin Clerk
We are recruiting for a Transport Admin Clerk based in Dordon, Tamworth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy transport operation, supporting the transport team with day-to-day administration and driver briefings. Pay:
- £13.40 per hour
Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Brief drivers on daily routes, schedules, and company procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the transport team.
- Maintain accurate transport records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and internal departments.
- Assist with planning and coordinating daily transport operations.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Support the team with general office and transport administration duties.
What We're Looking For
- Previous administration experience (transport or logistics experience is an advantage but not essential).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- A positive attitude and a team-player mindset.
