Summary

BTEC & A-Level Business Lecturers (Temporary, Full-Time)

We are currently recruiting for experienced BTEC & A-Level Business Lecturers to join a well-established college in West Yorkshire on a full-time temporary contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Business lecturer who has experience delivering high-quality teaching within the Further Education sector.

Role Details

Position: Business Lecturer (Both A-Level & BTEC Vacancies)

Location: West Yorkshire

Contract: Full-time, Temporary

Pay Rate: £32.00 - £37.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and effective A-Level or BTEC Business lessons to students of varying abilities.

Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with awarding body requirements.

Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement.

Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress and assessments.

Contribute to a positive learning environment that motivates and supports learners to achieve their potential.

Essential Requirements

Previous experience teaching BTEC or A-Level Business within a Further Education college.

A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, or equivalent).

A relevant degree or recognised qualification in Business or a related subject.

Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage learners with diverse needs.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.
