Summary

Business Partner needed in Bury

This is a temporary role and the rate is £22.85ph PAYE

The reference number is: 000B 3650 / 1

The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening collection performance across the organisation’s income streams, providing day‑to‑day managerial oversight of critical recovery and enforcement activity to protect both financial stability and service reputation.

They will take operational responsibility for either Council Tax and Business Rates debt or Adult Social Care and Accounts Receivable debt, ensuring effective recovery processes, timely court and enforcement action, and high‑quality service delivery.

They will bring substantial management‑level experience within Revenues or Accounts Receivable—ideally Adult Social Care debt—alongside proven success in leading collection‑focused teams and driving performance in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments.
