Summary

Nursery Manager

Location: Bracknell

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Hours: 40-45 hours per week, including a 45-minute paid lunch break

Completely Care is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded early years provider seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead a large, thriving nursery in Bracknell.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful setting with a strong and supportive leadership structure already in place. You'll be responsible for leading an experienced team, maintaining exceptional standards of care and education, and creating an environment where children, families and staff can flourish.

Key Responsibilities

As Nursery Manager, you will:

Lead, motivate and develop the nursery team to deliver outstanding childcare and early years education.

Ensure the nursery consistently meets all EYFS, safeguarding and regulatory requirements.

Oversee the day-to-day operation of the setting, maintaining high standards across all areas.

Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers and external professionals.

Support staff through coaching, supervision and professional development.

Monitor the quality of teaching and learning to ensure every child reaches their full potential.

Contribute to the ongoing success and development of the nursery alongside the senior leadership team.

About You

To be considered for this role, you should have:

A Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.

Previous experience managing or leading within an early years setting.

A thorough understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding responsibilities.

Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.

A passion for delivering outstanding childcare and early education.

A strong commitment to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of children.
