We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants for a range of day-to-day supply, short-term, and long-term opportunities starting throughout the academic year. The Role

- As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils both inside and outside of the classroom.

- Working alongside experienced teachers, you will help create a positive and engaging learning environment where every child can succeed.

- Your responsibilities may include: Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.

- Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.

- Encouraging pupil participation, confidence, and independence.

- Supporting children with additional learning needs where required.

- Helping to maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.

- Preparing classroom resources and assisting with day-to-day school activities.

✅ What We're Looking For To be considered for these opportunities, you must have:

- Experience working in a primary school or another educational setting within the last 2 years.

- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A positive, flexible, and proactive approach.

- The ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.

- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or a willingness to obtain one.
