About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Early Years Tutor to join our Skills team, delivering the Level 2 Early Years Practitioner and Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship standards across Bedfordshire and the surrounding areas.

This is a predominantly remote role, supporting apprentices across the region, with regular travel to apprentice workplaces and some face-to-face delivery at our Apprenticeship Training Academy in London, so ability to travel to London and sorrounding areas is essential.

You'll manage a caseload of apprentices throughout their learning journey, delivering high-quality teaching, coaching and assessment that helps them develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed for a successful career in early years education.

Working closely with employers, you'll provide personalised support through regular reviews, workplace assessments and preparation for End-Point Assessment, ensuring apprentices remain engaged, make excellent progress and achieve their qualifications on time. You'll embed English, Maths and professional behaviours into learning, maintain accurate learner records and contribute to a high-quality apprenticeship experience.

You'll also play an important role in developing and maintaining strong employer partnerships, promoting our apprenticeship programmes, supporting the recruitment and enrolment of apprentices, and identifying opportunities to grow our Early Years provision across the region.
